Hello Summer League Players,

It is time once again for our annual Hat Draw Tourney at Tower Grove Park. If you have not participated before, here is the scoop.

If you are a SLUA summer league participant, you are entitled to participate in the Hat Draw for just $10.
It is a one day tournament with a catered picnic dinner.  We will give first preference to summer league participants for the limited spots in this event.  The hat draw fee for non-league participants is $10 if UPA member, $25 for non-UPA members.

We will award prizes at the picnic for various categories, such as "Most Spirited Team", "Most Spirited Player", "Most Valuable Player", "Most Improved Player", etc.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS Midnight MONDAY (CST), June 7, 2010. Registration may close early if we reach maximum capacity prior to june 7.

The schedule will be:

8:30 - 9:00 am Players check in and receive team assignments near SB4
9:05 Captain's Meeting
9:30 Games Begin
2:30 Semi-finals
4:00 Finals
5:00 Picnic @ Humboldt South Shelter (near SB4)

Bring plenty of water, sunblock, white and dark shirts, and prepare to have fun.

Bagels and Fruit provided.

P.S.  The premise of a hat draw is random team selection.  We will not accept baggage requests except in the case of players who need a spouse to help watch their children on the sidelines.
