Pickup Games
Pick up games are recreational Ultimate or Goaltimate opportunities in the St. Louis area that put a disc in your hand with no commitment necessary. Always bring water, cleats, and a white and a dark shirt. Day-to-day updates and additional games can be found on the community Facebook Group.

Sundays — 1 - 3pm, Parkway central High school
All skill levels and ages, mixed gender
Year Round — Play is on if it is 40°F or above
During hot summer days, play is usually moved to the upper practice fields behind Parkway Middle School.

Goaltimate
Goaltimate, or "Goalty", is another team disc sport that is growing in popularity in the St. Louis area and has nearly complete overlap with the Ultimate community.
The St. Louis community supports a group of Goaltimate enthusiasts with irregular pickup games around the city. Goalty rewards confident throws and intuitive reading of the game, so it is best for experienced, club-level players. Goalty coordinators frequently set up pickup nearby during and after leagues to encourage new players to learn about the sport. If you're interested in joining, you can connect with Goalty players at SLUA leagues or at any club-level event.
Goaltimate is a fast-paced mixed-gender disc sport. The sport is 4v4 and a cross between ultimate frisbee and half-court basketball. Check out the video to see it in action:
