High School Spring League (SLUJ)

Our St. Louis Ultimate Juniors (SLUJ) High School Spring League is one of the oldest and largest high school leagues in the country, having grown to over 20 teams representing high schools throughout the entire St. Louis metropolitan area. Unlike many other Juniors organizations, all of our teams are coached by experienced coaches certified by USA Ultimate.  We work directly with schools, often times gaining access to school fields and facilities. SLUA is committed to increasing opportunities for youth to play Ultimate in an organized, safe, and character-building environment.

Missouri State High School State Championship

St. Louis Ultimate Association is proud to regularly host the Annual Missouri State High School Championship for both Boys and Girls Tournaments.

While this is for the USAU Sanctioned State Championship, we welcome teams from the greater St. Louis region, including outside Missouri. Our goal is to make this tournament as fun, spirited, and as competitive as possible. Teams from outside of Missouri will be able to participate but will be seeded such that they cannot place.

As we continue to grow Ultimate in the St. Louis community, we believe it is important to include anyone and everyone who would like to participate in our programs.
