Age Restriction: Minors allowed with USAU chaperones

The purpose of this league is to create an inclusive space for the girls and women of St. Louis to grow in their skills and love of ultimate. All are welcome, and we’re so excited to meet you!

Games are one hour played one after the other with a skill session in between.

Indicate during registration any games you know you will miss. We will do our best to accommodate.
