Level of Play: Intermediate. We have a fun social environment while encouraging healthy competition on the field. Bring a black shirt, white shirt, rubber cleats (non-metal), water, and good spirit.

Location: JCC Creve Coeur, 2 Millstone Campus Dr, St. Louis, MO 63146, upper soccer fields behind the JCC, use back parking lot

Schedule: Thursdays, March 12 - May 14, 2026 (10 Weeks)

• 6:15pm Warm up

• 6:30 pm -7:40 pm (Early Game)

• 7:45 pm-8:55 pm (Late Game)

Gender Ratio: There is no limit or restriction during registration. Numbers usually set us up for 6M:1F or 5M:2F, depending on player registration and turnout on any given week.

Cost:

• $40 for USAU members or if you've already paid for a league this year

• $58 for non-USAU members or first league of the year

Age Restriction: No minors; 16-17 years old allowed if prior organized ultimate experience, parent/guardian present at games, and approval from coordinator.

Other Details:

• 4 Teams, registration limited to 68 participants

• 1 Baggage allowed, must be mutual to guarantee it

• Please let us know the weeks you will miss! You will play either in the early game or the late game each week. Teams will alternate between early and late. If you have a preference, please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate.
