Fast-paced, fun indoor ultimate at Lou Fusz Athletic Training Center! This is a Friday night league designed to keep you playing and having fun through the winter months.

League Specifics

  • Dates: January 30 – March 13, 2026

  • Time: 8:30–10:00pm

  • Location: Lou Fusz Athletic Training Center, Earth City, MO

  • Ages: 16+

  • Level of Play: Recreational; all skill levels are welcome to play.

Team Composition

  • Teams of 10-12 players

  • Minimum 4 players of each gender per team

  • Baggage

    • You can bring up to 4 friends to play together

    • Mixed-gender baggage trains are prioritized to ensure balanced, inclusive play

    • Team assignments will be carefully balanced to create fair and fun matchups

Register

The cost is $50.00 if you have already played in another league this year. If not (or if you are not a USAU member), it is an additional $18.00 for insurance.
